Smoky Trout Chip Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz Neufchâtel cheese
- 1/2 c Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 green onions, chopped finely
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup or 6 oz flaked cooked Riverence Rainbow Trout
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix Neufchatel cheese, Greek yogurt, horseradish, paprika, and minced garlic in mixer until smooth.
- Fold in chopped green onions and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Gently add in flaked Rainbow Trout.
- Place in small 8 oz baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden and bubbly!
- Serve with chips or pretzels! Enjoy!
