Smoky Trout Chip Dip

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 oz Neufchâtel cheese
  • 1/2 c Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2 green onions, chopped finely
  • 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup or 6 oz flaked cooked Riverence Rainbow Trout
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix Neufchatel cheese, Greek yogurt, horseradish, paprika, and minced garlic in mixer until smooth.
  3. Fold in chopped green onions and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Gently add in flaked Rainbow Trout.
  5. Place in small 8 oz baking dish.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden and bubbly!
  7. Serve with chips or pretzels! Enjoy!
