Rainbow Trout BBQ Ranch Wrap

  • 2 tablespoons Bottled Reduced Fat Ranch Salad Dressing
  • 2 cups Packaged Shredded Broccoli (broccoli slaw mix)
  • 4 Whole Grain Flour Tortillas (8 inch)
  • 1 pound Riverence Rainbow Trout
  • 2 tablespoons bottled barbecue sauce
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place parchment paper on baking sheet.
  3. Lay rainbow trout fillets, skin side down on sheet.
  4. Lightly sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic as desired.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, until flaky. You can also use leftover trout!
  6. Remove trout from oven and flake off from skin.
  7. Set aside in bowl.
  8. Add 2 Tablespoons of barbeque sauce to trout and mix well.
  9. In a medium bowl, combine ranch dressing and shredded broccoli.
  10. Top tortilla with cooked trout.
  11. Top trout with broccoli mixture.
  12. Roll up tortillas.
