
Rainbow Trout BBQ Ranch Wrap
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons Bottled Reduced Fat Ranch Salad Dressing
- 2 cups Packaged Shredded Broccoli (broccoli slaw mix)
- 4 Whole Grain Flour Tortillas (8 inch)
- 1 pound Riverence Rainbow Trout
- 2 tablespoons bottled barbecue sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place parchment paper on baking sheet.
- Lay rainbow trout fillets, skin side down on sheet.
- Lightly sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic as desired.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until flaky. You can also use leftover trout!
- Remove trout from oven and flake off from skin.
- Set aside in bowl.
- Add 2 Tablespoons of barbeque sauce to trout and mix well.
- In a medium bowl, combine ranch dressing and shredded broccoli.
- Top tortilla with cooked trout.
- Top trout with broccoli mixture.
- Roll up tortillas.
